This policy explains how Penny Production ("Penny Page", "we") handles personal information submitted through eng.pennypage.co.kr. Effective October 16, 2026.
What we collect
- Information you enter in the inquiry form: email address, and optionally your name, phone number and project message.
- Technical data needed to protect the form from abuse: IP address and browser user-agent.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and communicate about your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered to our team through a private messaging notification. Service providers process data only on our behalf.
Retention
Inquiry data is deleted once it is no longer needed to respond to you, unless a longer period is required by applicable Korean law for project or transaction records.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@pennypage.kr.
