Questions we get a lot
Do I really not need a hosting subscription?
Most business sites we build are static or edge-hosted and fit comfortably within free tiers such as Cloudflare Pages. Stores and platforms that need a database may need a small server; we'll tell you the expected running cost up front, and it's billed to your own account — not marked up through us.
What exactly do I own at the end?
Your domain, your hosting account, the source code, the admin logins and any content we produce for the project. Nothing is held hostage on our side.
You're in Seoul. How does working together across time zones go?
We work asynchronously by email with live preview links, so you can review on your own schedule. We're on KST (UTC+9) and reply within 24 hours; calls can be arranged when needed.
Can you build in languages other than English?
Yes. We build in English and Korean, and have shipped a German-language store. Multilingual sites are scoped per project.
What if I want ongoing updates later?
Optional support is available per request or on a plan you choose. Because you own everything, you're also free to hand the site to any other developer.
